Broth was amazing. I'm not sure I even know how to describe it. A very lean, clear beef broth where you could taste the different elements of beef used. Portions of noodles were plentiful, even for a small and meats served were in excellent quality. They go easy on the onions and cilantro allowing you to taste the full flavour of the broth. This needs no sauces of any kind. Just don't toy with it. It was awesome.
