meal 1
6-7 egg whites
1 scoop oatmeal + low fat yogurt
1 apple
(its ok to eat carbs in the morning since that will be the energy u will use for the rest of the day)

meal 2
chicken breast
spinich
brown rice

meal 3
protein shake

meal 4
2 slice of wheat bread
canned tuna
romaine lettuce

meal 5
chicken breast
broccoli
mushroom
brown rice

meal 6
low fat cottage cheese or protein shake
