just an FYI...ICBC wants to see your car is because they want to see if the "damage" would cause injuries that the person is claiming and confirm stories.....but in this case...if there is no visable damage and just a scuff....ICBC would tell that guy to go take a hike...


and what you should say with ICBC....just tell them like how you told us on this thread.

premium wise...it would go up if it's your fault...but by how much? i'm not sure....check with your broker
