Chances are, his injury claim will be denied. I was rear ended, maybe $500 damage to my bumper, just needed to be resprayed. I tried to claim injury (main reason being, I couldn't turn my head for 2 weeks) and it was denied. Sucked for me because I had to pay for 10 months of physio out of my own pocket...
