Your ICBC adjuster should have the calculations for cost of premium increase vs. estimated outright repair cost.
As for premium increase, I believe it's a standard 6 discount levels per accident, at 5% per level. So if you were at 35% discount, you will be at 5% discount. If you were at 10% discount, you'll be at a 20% premium.
