Now, let’s get into the “meat” of the discussion here now. 2 thick slices of bacon adorned atop melted cheddar cheese and bbq sauce, all of which is above a burger patty roughly the size of a hockey puck. Underneath all that was mayo and the aforementioned 1/3 bottom bun. However, it’s the patty that really steals the show here and redeems the entire burger. It’s juicy. Give it a squeeze, look at the juice just slowly ooze out of the patty. It’s tasty.

A local landmark re-opened today, and I'm excited and extremely happy.
