What do you mean? Easier then what? Like a PS3 controller?
I think using a Logitech G25 or G27 on racing games is way better then a PS3 controller but others may like the classic controller style which is still cool. Whatever floats your boat as they say. It was tricky for the first few minutes driving RHD style but I picked it up really quickly
I had my Logitech G25 for a very long time. First time I used it on was NFS Underground or Most Wanted along with GT4. So that was around 2005 I think? Maybe a bit later I'm not 100% sure it was a very long time ago. I had it on a little table with the TV a few feet away in front of it and it was horrible. Not sturdy enough so I started to build my own cockpit/cabin thingy out of PVC piping. Later on I heard about this playseat thing so I picked one up and I can't get enough of it.
The only flaw is that its really tight around the legs. The next step would be to build my own out of metal framing or something but I don't have enough space to do that. Maybe in the future when I live in a larger home with a dedicated entertainment room or something lol. The playseat is wicked cause its adjustable and I can fold it up, make it smaller so it can fit in my closet with enough space for other junk.
