When I clocked at 4.4ghz I was getting temps in the high 70's running OCCT. While gaming I was getting low 70's. I think it has to do with the Vcore because I haven't figured out how to lower/raise it. I do it in BIOS, but it still reads 1.39v no matter how I set it in BIOS. I haven't had the time or patience to read that long ass thread on how to OC it yet.
@ 3.8ghz I'm getting temps of low 70's with OCCT. Average of high 60's while gaming.
I was getting temps of high 80's with the stock cooler while running OCCT and OC'd @ 4.0ghz.
I'm using one fan that it came with, and using an Antec 2200RPM 120mm
GEBY> 56 at full load??? Do you mean the CPU case temp or core temp? That's nuts. I don't even get that at factory 3.4ghz setting on my 2600K
