Got me thinking, does Philly possibly have enough cap space to make a pitch to Brad Richards?

They have about $7.5m in cap space after Bryzgalov's contract and still need 3 forwards at least. They currently have 9 forwards, and 6 D signed along with 3 goalies. Assuming they ditch Leighton or Bobrovsky's $1.55/$1.75 contract, they'll have $9m to spend. They have 5 RFA forwards that need new contracts.
Brad Richards has to be asking for at least $6m and he'd probably get $8m from the Rangers since they're stupid. Rangers have 11 forwards (assuming all their awesome RFAs get re-signed) and four D (+2 RFA) After the Drury buyout and raises to their RFAs that had career years, Rangers probably still have at least $15m to spend.
