My friend has a Type S with just over 225000KM on it, doesn't miss a beat and doesn't burn any oil. A lot of the reliability factor is going to be in making sure that the previous owner(s) took care of the vehicle properly. A neglected vehicle could start having problems even with less KM on them. But Honda did their job by building a good engine.
