So to summarize:
*Kings and Oilers talk to send Smyth back to Oilers
*Kings tell Oilers they just need a player and a pick back and they will buyout whatever player
*Oilers tell Kings, take Brule, he's healthy and can be bought out
*Oilers refuse to certify in writing Brule is healthy
*Brule is injured and can't be bought out
*Trade falls through
*Oilers and Kings then settle on Colin Fraser and pick for Smyth
*Oilers assure Kings verbally Fraser is healthy and can be bought out
*Fraser is not healthy and stuck on the Kings for full cap hit and contract limit
