In a bit of a dilemma.
So i bought a iPhone dirt cheap off craigslist ($300).It came with nothing but just the phone itself. I'm not sure if it's stolen or not because when he sold it to me it was restored. I dropped the phone alot and noe the lock button is stiff and doesn't really work. Doesn't click but somewhat works if you press it hard. I took my previous iPhone to the genius bar before and they checked the serial number before giving me a new one to ensure it has warranty. If I remember correctly, all iPhones have 1 year warranty's and has the iPhone been out for a year yet? But getting back to my
Problem, if the phone really is stolen, will they take the iPhone away from me?
