Oh LAWD. In a matter of like 5 days I went from deadlifting 245 for 5 reps for 5 sets, to deadlifting 275 for 5 reps for 5 sets ... I way underestimated myself when I started the 5x5 training. Man is it hard getting out the last few reps, excited though, sooner or later I'm gonna hit my old 1RM for 5 reps, thats gonna be sick.
Making awesome gains and I gotta interrupt my training to go to toronto for a week, Ah well.
Anyways, since everyone's posting pics of themselves, here's me @ 220lbs (20lbs heavier than I should be) taken a day or two ago. I had a really messed up looking back about a month ago, since then I started doing a ton of rowing motions and my lats are FINALLY coming in. Same thing w/ traps. Critique?
