or if I have time/am allowed bread with it I take 3 eggs with 2 eggwhites scrambled, put em in a sandwich with 2 slices of swiss cheese, butter that bread up and grill it on the same pan I made the eggs in. So fucking good. Can't eat it anymore though, was only for my "not give a fuck about calories" phase
EDIT: Actually ... tomorrow I get a cheat meal .. I'm gonna make the above sandwich, but make a small change. Gonna add 4 bacon strips, and then fry the bread in the bacon grease. My heart is still unclogged, I will post back tmrw.
