IMO, you're doing it to yourself. You're not worthless, if she isnt willing to get her head out of her ass and realize what she has, forget her and find someone who's smart enough to realize she's got a good thing.
From what it sounds like she's doing just enough to keep you hanging on, but not enough to give you that hope.
Sounds like she'll only call you when it benefits her somehow
