Yea eat tons is always the same answer. But eating tons is like telling yourself to cram food in your mouth. Easier said than done, that's why we all look to supps for shortcuts to food and calories. Plus you gotta want it too. You can't just decide, still some want for that particular food.
I get so hungry in the morning nowadays. I think I should eat eggs and then get dressed, then eat cereal and head to school. Or I'm not getting up early enough to time my breakfast meal right sincr I wake up at 10 or 11
