i used it. I kept taking 2-3 pills in the morning and 2-3 before my workout, so it would consistently stay in my body. Dunno if that was good or bad (prob bad) for me but it did its job and that's what one of the personal trainers told me. And i used it while doing RPM classes, so it made me sweat like a pig. Overall it did great in the sense that i lost FAT and weight, but i hated the feeling it gave me in the men's section.. lol it felt really weird
