Advice guys..
Trying to lose belly so far so good. At 225 want to be around 180 or so..
Problem is I want best of both worlds and want the nice arms, big back, chest etc.. Should I stick to cutting with lighter weights/ high reps, or can I stick to heavier weights/ less reps (is this confusing my body since I don't eat to bulk, in turn making me waste time?)

I do quite a bit of hiit towards the end
