Now I really want to try out EC. Even Hydroxycut lowered my appetite as well.
Hydroxycut has 200mg caffeine per pill, and you have to take 4 pills in 1 day. So each day I'm taking in 800mg of caffeine. That's more than the EC dosage mentioned above. I'm extremely caffeine tolerant so 800mg has little effect on me, except for increased sweating. Apparently some of my friends tried Hydroxycut and couldn't continue because of the caffeine.
