So I'm probably on the 4th or 5th week of my 5x5 program now.. and I'm starting to see difficulty on my overhead presses . I did 5, 4, 5, 3, 2 for my reps. I'm thinking of going back down 5 pounds and then going back up again . So much for gaining.

But everything else is still going good.
