35" inseam isnt that much. Im 5'7 and my sammies are 34" and they stack a bit. I dont like too much stack either.
The first 2 have about 6 months of wear each, but I don't wear them often, prob 1-2 times a week. The other one I wear for work, haven't been washed in about a week.
