Hey I think a better solution for you is to take the course at PRS WITH your GF, so she knows exactly what riding a bike is about and all the safety concerns that come with. And based on your previous post, instead of buying a bike, maybe you could rent a bike every weekend to satisfy your thrill and also diminish her worries?
