just bought me 1000g Creapure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate from Ultimate Nutrition®, the woman working said to take it with some sort of sweet drink like pineapple juice is this necessary? can i just take it for example everyday at 10am and post workout on an empty stomach with water, and drink 4L water daily and cycle 8 weeks on 2-4weeks off?

1MR but I don't feel much from it, even 1 scoop 1hr prior on an empty stomach, my first and last pre-workout, I dont really need the energy anyways haha
