So I reformated my computer because it was causing problems and now when I try to sync my iphone 4 it says:

"the phone is synced to another itunes library. Do you want to erase this iphone and sync with this itunes library. .....erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iphone with the contents of this itunes library".

I dont want it to erase all my cydia apps, settings, themes, contacts, cracked apps, etc. How do you go about syncing it with this "new" itunes and still have everything intact as it was before?

I do have my itunes apps backed up with cd's which I loaded on itunes and are showing under apps. This would be really dreadful to have to reset up everything again on my iphone. I got my videos/music/pics/playlists back in itunes. Can someone help me out? Thanks
