I started off with (1 rep max)
115lb bench press
155lb squat
185lb deadlift
Been working out for almost 11 months, and currently:
245lb bench press (1RM)
285lb squat (5x5) Been stuck at this weight for 3 months now

Deadlift 315lb (5 reps)
I'm too afraid of doing 1RM for squats and deadlifts lol
