Been working out for a year and a half with no suppliments/protien or whatsoever and I'm currently at
275lb bench press for 3 reps (Never tried higher)
225lb squat 5x10 (just started legs again and taking it easy)
315lb Deadlift 5x5
and same with me 1RM seems really dangerous especially when i dont have wrist wraps or a belt lol
