Had my first workout in 3 weeks after coming back from vacation and all.
Did some bb benchpress. Ended up failing on my last rep of last set and having to rest the bar on my chest because i got stuck. No one was spotting me or even close

, so i ended up having to roll the bar down my chest, onto my waist, then onto the ground.
First workout after a long layoff always sucks ass for me. Just like last year when i came off a 3 week hiatus, i felt like puking during my entire workout
