Hey boys and gals,

I have to be the only guy on RS who has more than 5000 posts and still be a realtor lol. I am located in Richmond but I work anywhere your house / apartment / contract is, competitive rate and I work with my team of inspectors mortgage brokers and notary public to bring you a smooth transaction, every time!

I'm also open on referrals my specialty is all of Richmond except farm lands and commercial properties. If you are looking to move here (what's not to love about Richmond living?) or you know someone that is, give me a shout there is referral fee upon completion for what ever the property might be.
