I got in a car accident about 2 or 3 weeks ago.
I got some really bad lower mid back pain from it

for some reason my left leg is going numb and my ankle is in HELL of pain.
feels like I twisted it but I haven't

What the hell is causing it and how can I relieve the pain until I see a doc.
I cant sleep because its so painful and annoying.
