12 pull-ups overhand shoulder width apart..
165 lbs, wrestling and rugby in high school, "training" on and off for ~4 years.
I put quotations because I like to try different unorthodox programs. My peak was 18 pull-ups after p90x. Now I'm trying out different specifics from Tim Ferriss' 4-Hour Body, so I've been bulking for the past month or so.
