I found it helped to go to showrooms for the hell of it and get ideas on pre developments....that way when you are ready to buy you will know what is out there (built and not built)
I bought a 1 bed + den as it was the most affordable for me....but do not forget about resale value....a studio (unless downtown) is worth less then a 1 bed room
BTW what area are you planning on buying in?
