just a heads up to people who are ordering from Staples ... they are notorious with their refunds ... their customer service is OK but their refund department is BS ... they are slow and stupid ... I had to call 5 times and waste several hours to get my money back for an item that I was charged for and never received!!!
also the phantom stock happens often don't bother with it all orders will get canceled
