That is how I have them ranked. Does Colborne have a shot at being a top 6 forward in Toronto?

Your rankings seem right, but I'd have have Bogosian over McBain. Colborne is a bit risky, as he might not make the top 6 in the Toronto. I'd take:
Skinner, Bogosian, McBain and Quincey just to be on the safe side.
