the idea is to do something different, on an even playing field, that everyone from vets to noobs can do. stop complaining and just do it. its one set out of your weekly routine. do it on your last set. if you can squat 300, squatting 150 should be no sweat! so power out 15 and have some fun. your body likes the shocking change too
