actually just got the phone with them. they told me the same thing.
the kingsway/joyce branch employee was honest enough to say that if even a unit was up grabs, the consumer would have no chance at one. all the stores have employee on the top of the waitlist to snag one. so i guess even if customers cancel their order, there's zero chance of you getting one unless all those employee's that were on the wait list didn't show up for work that day haha
he said they got a network going for all the stores, employees from other branches are calling each other to hook each other up. sooooooo
