There's been a lot of talk about wether or not you really need to load up when starting creatine...some say yes, others say no. I loaded up and took it with warm water so the solubility would be better. Creatine that isn't dissolved is creatine that wouldn't be absorbed by the body.
If you were taking it with juice I would consider taking one that is high on the GI scale (grape juice) to get an insulin spike.
