What's more shocking than wearing a dress made of meat? Showing up as Roberto Luongo(notes), apparently.

Lady Gaga opened up the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards with a bit of cross-dressing performance art that'll likely manage to piss off the anti-smoking crowd as much as it baffled Young Bieber.
To the surprise of the four or five hockey fans watching, Gaga's character bore a striking resemblance to a certain Vancouver Canucks goaltender, particularly because she had yet to win any hardware that evening. He, too, was on the edge of glory this year.
