I disagree. Isn't the point of fine dining GOOD food?
Anybody can cook a steak. That is, anybody but an inexperienced, untrained line chef the hiring manager at The Keg hired fresh out of high school with no passion for culinary arts whatsoever.
On that same token, anybody in a suit and a tie with a little bit of learning on the job can become a good server. So if we're talking about restaurants that belong on the same level playing field, The Keg is way over its head if it thinks it's in the same league as The Cheesecake Factory.
