Exactly. Remember, working out is a stress reliever; it releases a stress-relieiving hormone or w/e, so you get double bonus : fit and unstressed
Also, if there is nothing you can do about your situation, remember that there is nothing you can do about it, and just live with it. If you've made a mistake, stop thinking what could have happened, etc, and just move on and learn from the mistake. Eventually you will get through it all and be proud of yourself for not quitting or doing something stupid.
