i was told not to take a full scoop or something of 1mr but i did it anyways and it gave me a huge burst i thought, all my lifts when up for about a good week but after that i found it stopped working for me.
im debating whether i should pick up a creatine and a weight gainer such as a mono creatine and like quickmass or if i should just pick up something like this:
