-stay home alone on a weekend and just do whatever I want to do (eat, watch tv, just veg)
-SLEEP. I'm the type of person that needs to sleep to forget my problems for a first little bit before I come to terms with it
Everyone has a different method of coping. If it's more serious, I'd even suggest talking to a therapist. It doesn't make you crazy nor does it make you stupid/weak etc ..just do what feels right for you
