Just got a call from them today LOL.
Told them I have a mac and the guy said I had to upgrade it every 6months for "maximum performance" to some mumbo jumbo. Then said I should go to my computer to complete the proccess. I asked if I had to complete it, he said if i wanted to, obviously not. Then he thanks me and hangsup
Got a total time of 2:23 talking to him. My dad was talking to him trying to understand him for 4 mins
