Okay....nobody grinds quality meat. Thats why its ground up.....because after the butcher takes the good quality meat, the crap edibles go into the grinder. Its still 100% Beef.
However, there is still the issue that McDonalds patties have 4x the sodium then a standard beef patty of the same weight.
