crappy workout on my last split day, but so far
update as of 9/8/2011:
dhillon09 13@110lbs
(45 lb bar, 25+5+2.5/side + whatever the shitty clip things weigh)
I snatched it off the ground for the first rep, so if you don't wanna count that, it was 7 reps. This was at the end of my set, will go back and try again.
Goal is to be doing 200+lbs (ideally, 2 plates... man .. i get a hardon at the thought of mil-pressing 225lbs).
