i havent tried. infact i dont really have any idea how long i could hold on to em for.
but i do know that regardless of how much anyone deadlifts or rows or whatever, all of those exercises last less like 15-20 seconds tops. its not about how strong your back or shoulders or legs or arms are. its 100% grip. 4 fingers and a thumb and nothing else. i promise by the time you think it should still be simple, that weight is going to be pealing your fingers open and you're going to be watching the clock and the seconds are going to be taking forever to go by.
