failed on 295lb deadlift today, feeling pretty shitty, was convinced I'd hit 315 lbs x 5 for 5 sets by october 1st

Got upto my 4th set, and after 1 rep I was like fuck this, my form was getting progressively worse and worse so I just gave up and called it a day. Ahh gym, you make me so mad sometimes. I blame this on shitty sleep last night + only 4 meals all day today (usually I've already had about 5 by gym time).
on another note, you guys that take creatine successfully, for the loading phase, can I just take 20G 1x a day?
