Would I be better off getting a 6950, 6870 or a 560Ti?

I'm currently using:
AMD Athlon x2 620 OCd to 3.2Ghz going to get a 1100T as an upgrade
4GB of RAM --> 8GB
XFX 4870 --> one of the three video cards
