CPU, video card, PSU, RAM... the whole nine yards then.
At least a quad-core i5, GTX 560Ti, 8GB RAM and a 600W+ PSU for high.
@Vansterdam - here's a mock computer build, before tax & Windows. There's some MIR's that are not counted yet - about $50's worth.
This will play it at high settings, but not maxed out. You'd need to SLI the GTX570 for that.
