Revive, apparently the agent that set you up that plan is under review for giving out 'illegal plans' according to the fido customer relations rep i spoke to today. i asked for the plan that you received and she said it would impossible to give out that plan because they are told to no longer modify the unlimited calling plans. however modifying the plan is do-able, but most reps don't want to lose their jobs to help you save a few bucks.
assuming i would be billed as a loyalty customer, if they were to compile a plan like that it would be $74 before taxes and credits.

I got my plan by talking to the manager (one up on customer relations). They kind of screwed up, promising me a plan for a $50, but then a couple of months after I was getting charged $250+ for about two months. When I called, customer relations couldn't do anything about it (after two hours on the phone). I had to call them again the next day (another hour and half), and talk to the manager. With some negotiating, and comprising, I was able to get it for $54 thru the manager.
