OK I'm thinking of putting my old build in a new SFF case that comes with a 300 watt PSU. will the power supply be enough?

Asus P5E-VM HDMI Motherboard
Intel Q6600 CPU
geforce 9600 gt oc Video card
SSD drive
4 to 6 gigs of ram
Maybe a 3.5 inch drive. Can do without.
